We want one of our base tracks to be filmed with a green screen so we wanted to test it out before we do the real thing. We wanted the artist to be behind a simple background and move around whilst lip syncing however we will put a couple tracks on top of each other to have 2 or 3 videos on top of each other and change the opacity so that we can see the 2 figures dancing.
The pros is that it visually looks good and matches with the theme of our song and music video. The cons is that it takes a long time to edit it however at the end it is worth it. We will need to film this in one of our media lessons since we need to use the green screen. We will have a black or another colour simple background because we want the artist to be have different coloured filters on her.
We got this idea from one of our inspirations for our music video 'How Deep Is Your Love' where Gigi Hadid is in coloured filters dancing and moving fast on a black screen.
