9- Draft digipak\Advertisemnt\website

Inspirations for my digipak.

Front cover:

My main idea for my digipak is that the front cover album will include a close up shot of the artist from the music video. The artist should have the key elements that will be recognised in all her music videos, such as the bold red lips and the white henna tattoo on her body. The colour of the font of the album should also be red so it can link to the lips, therefore the audience can instantly recognise the artist by the key features on the album and also in all her music videos that she will make.

Another plan for the front of the digipak album is that it will include a mid shot of the artist and the background will be a key location in the music video. This idea was also used by Iggy as the main focus was herself, the clothes she is wearing and the background behind her. In my digipak the background could be an iconic graffiti footage that we took from Shoreditch that we used as an base track in the music video. By doing this, the audience will automatically be able to see the links and comparison through the video and the album cover.

Back cover:

My initial design that I plan to create for the back of the album cover is that the main image should be the light from the sun to be reflected on the camera. As this would be a main footage that will be included in the music video therefore, it will link back to the video. This idea has close similarities to Ellie Goulding's back album cover, as it shows un-focused image of light, which linked to one of main singles that she has released within this album.
